Reporting Odours from the Wigan Waste Water Treatment Plant at Hoscar

If you do notice any odours associated with the Wigan Waste Water treatment plant then please report it using the online reporting system (see below). 

It is a single point of contact which simultaneously informs both West Lancs Borough Council Environmental Health department & Wigan Waste Water treatment plant at Hoscar.

It is the "ear to the ground" for the higher authorities such as district and county councils and is consulted on local issues such as planning, environment and council services.
